The Hollins uses the e-payment service ParentPay for all school transactions: lunch money, trips, music tuition and books.
Please note that the Hollins is completely cashless. This means students are not able to use coins or notes to top up their lunch money account in school and all payments must be made using Parent Pay.
Parent Pay Activation
You will be asked to activate your secure online account using a unique activation username and password; you will be prompted to change these and keep them secure as the username and password will be required for future log-ins. If you have two or more children at a ParentPay school you only need to activate one account. You can then add additional children using the ‘Add a child’ tab on your ParentPay homepage.
Once you have been provided with your unique activation username and password, visit ParentPay and click on ‘Activate new account’. Once you have activated your account, you can make online payments straight away.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you need assistance or haven’t received your activation username and password. Arrangements can also be made for you to activate your account with a member of staff in school.
The school can no longer accept cash payments.
